HOW TO ORDER + FIRST STEPS

➀ Add the card in the number of cards you need via the DROP DOWN MENU to your shopping cart and check out. (Keep qty at "1" under the personalization area.)
➁ Send us your photos and text via email.
➂ We will send you a custom proof within 1 business day.
➃ Approve the cards for printing.
✅ We take it from there!
👉 If you want the return addresses printed, please add that item to your cart as well with this item by selecting the option in the drop down.

PRODUCTION TIME
--------------------------------------------------
👉 Average turn-around time — once your proof is approved — is 2-3 business days for print production.
⚠️ From November 15-December 15 the lead-time for the printing production time may increase to 3-5 days.
👉 We do offer RUSH as an option during these holiday peak weeks, which is an ADDITIONAL $40 fee. This will ensure that your cards will be ready to ship in 2 BUSINESS days AFTER you have saved AND approved your card for printing.
Again, this is only necessary during peak holiday times when you need your cards fast.
👉 All printing production times do NOT include shipping transit time. You have the choice of ground (free) or the option to upgrade to 2-day shipping for $15.

⚠️ NO RETURNS - but we are here to help and want to make sure you are happy with your cards and will do everything we can to be sure this is the case.
✅ IF in the unlikely event that there is a printing error at the fault of us, contact us right away and we will send a new set of cards immediately.
⚠️ Due to the nature of printed and digital items, all purchases are non-refundable.
✅ Canceling print services will be accepted if you have not approved your file for printing, but a $5 fee will incur for the proof.
