✔ Mugs take on average about 3-5 business days (3-7 during peak holiday) to print for each customer; however, many times mugs are out the door in 2 business days.
✔ Shipping is via USPS first class mail and the transit time is typically 3-6 days, depending on your zip code. Mugs ship from the East Coast.
✔ All mugs are packaged to secure the mug during transit, if your mug happens to arrive damaged, please contact us for a replacement.
