➃ We WILL send a proof that must be approved before printing. Proof will be sent to the email associated with your order..
** important: if you have a deadline that the mugs must arrive (for example a day you are planning to announce, please contact us first so we can be sure the printing company is running on schedule.)

✔ Mugs take on average about 2-5 business days to print for each customer; however, many times mugs are out the door in 2 business days.
✔ Shipping is via USPS first class mail and the transit time is typically 2-7 days, depending on your zip code.
✔ All mugs are packaged to secure the mug during transit, if your mug happens to arrive damaged, please contact us for a replacement.
