Please understand that RUSH PRODUCTION speeds up the production time to 1-2 days (2 during holiday), not the shipping time. It depends on what time the approval for print is given by you as to when this countdown begins.
Normal production takes 2-3 business days; during the Holiday season, add 2 days to this time frame.
PRICING (non-seasonal "normal"):

$12 per printed item (i.e. cards, return addresses, and labels). All items in your cart that are printed items will need to have a rush fee. You cannot choose to have one item rushed and one not, that would require 2 different orders to be placed.
