- In the subject area of the email, it must have the order PO (customer last name).
- Include custom text, fonts to use if different than example, item number, quantity, any add-ons (return address printing, recipient address printing, rush, die-cuts, envelope upgrades, etc)
- Ship to address/name and shipping speed.
- Be sure to tell us which email you would like the proof sent to if it is different than the email you are sending the order from.
- Attach the photo to use to the email or send separately with order reference in the subject line.
- THE PROOF WILL BE FREE
- THE PROOF WILL ARRIVE IN 24 HOURS Monday-Friday.
If you are ordering recipient address printing:
We do require a completed excel spreadsheet of your addresses to be sent to us via email with the order. If you need to provide this excel later, simply email us the list when ready.
The excel spreadsheet needs to have the following columns:
- Recipient(s) name
- Street Address 1
- Street Address 2 (optional)
- ZIP code
- Country (Optional)
