HOW TO ORDER + FIRST STEPS

➁ Send your custom wording and photos to us via Etsy convo.
➂ You will receive a custom proof within 24 hours of receiving your information.
➃ We will send your proof to you through Etsy Convo.
➄ Once you receive your proof, look over your proof carefully for errors, we are not responsible for errors you have approved.
➅ APPROVE THE PROOF FOR PRINTING either by replying to the email or sending us a message via Etsy convo .
✅ We take it from there! We will send your cards to production.

PRODUCTION TIME

👉 LISTED turn-around time (3-5 days). On average a client approves their card for printing within 1-2 days, then production begins, which on average is 2-3 business days. Then your order ships. So, the sooner you provide the photos and text and approve to print, the sooner your cards move into production.
⚠️ From November 15-December 15 the lead-time for the printing production time may increase to 3-5 days.
👉 We do offer RUSH as an option during these holiday peak weeks, which is an ADDITIONAL $40 fee. This will ensure that your cards will be ready to ship in 2 BUSINESS days AFTER you have approved your card for printing. This is only necessary during peak holiday times.
👉 All production times do not include shipping transit time. You have the choice of ground (free) or the option to upgrade to 2-day shipping for $15.

⚠️ NO RETURNS - if there is an error, please alert us within 24 hours of receiving your cards and we will make it right.
⚠️ Due to the nature of printed and digital items, all purchases are non-refundable.
✅ Canceling print services will be accepted if you never send your items to receive a proof. If you do not like the proof, we can cancel as well, but will charge a $5 proof fee.
